Groovy.  This semi sheer lime, orange, green, blue and pink fabric is iconic to the early 1970s.  With a 10 1/2" peasant ruffle bottom, this skirt is all class, yesterday as well as today.  Opens down the front with seven fabric covered buttons.  Elastic waist and two 10" side slits which makes me believe this skirt is an overskirt.  Would be a great beach or poolside cover up.  The tags are sewn into the button facing, which also makes me think this skirt can be worn with the buttons down the back if you wish.  The color was difficult to photograph.  See the closeup photo with the covered buttons for best color.  The flash really caught the placket that runs down the front of the skirt.photo of the front of the skirt

• 11 1/2" measured flat across the waist.  Elastic stretches to 14"  I would say this skirt would fit up to a 26" waist.
• 21" measured flat across the hips.
• 38" long.

Condition:  Excellent condition.  No flaws found.
