This incredible dress has the sophistication and flair that can easily carry you throughout the day or evening in fine vintage style.  The slim silhouette and fabulous multi gusset hemline is stunning.  Rich chocolate brown wool garbadine, the dress features nine covered buttons down the front with bound buttonholes.  When examining the seam lines, I would say this dress is early 1940's, possibly 1939.  

Sleeves have darted elbows for style and comfort.  A total of 8 gussets along the bottom.  Each gusset is divided in two.
