This is one of the most beautiful 1940's cotton dresses I've seen, and the condition is spectacular.  The radiant bust is gently pleated into a long gored skirt with a 132" bottom sweep.  Both dress and jacket are unlined.  The dress has an 11.5" metal back zipper and is accented with grosgrain ribbon.  

32" - 33" bust with a 28" underbust

Because the shoulder straps can be adjusted, the length measurement is taken from the underarm to the hem which is 50".

The matching crop jacket has small pads in the cap sleeve.  14.5" back shoulder width.  14" back jacket length.
